Convert MPEG files to FLV format by the steps as follows:
Step 1: Free download this Mac mpeg flv converter to your Mac, launch it. Then add mpeg files by clicking the button "Add File". The mpeg files you added will be shown in the frame.
Step 2: Set the output format by clicking the profile combox to choose "flv" as the export format.
Step 3: Select a place to save the export files.
Step 4: If you want to adjust the quality of the output files, you can click the combox button 
.
There are 2 options in the combox "Edit"--"Trim" and "Effect".
1. Trim
The trim function window can help you clip a segment of the file by setting the start time point and end time point, or by dragging the two sliders.
2. Effect
There are 3 options in the effect window--crop, effect, watermark.
Crop: With it you could crop the area size of the picture.
Effect: You can adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation of the picture in this window.
Step 5: After all settings are done, click the button 
to start converting, then the converting program will convert files for you automatically.
Note:
1. You can merge two or more files into one by clicking the button "Merge".
2. Take pictures of the videos by clicking the button "Snapshot".
